Structural characteristics of fixed ball valves

Automatic pressure relief structure

When there is an abnormal increase in pressure in the middle chamber, the single sealed ball valve has an automatic pressure relief function, while the double sealed ball valve is relieved by an additional pressure relief device on the valve body.

Sealed emergency rescue

The valve is designed with an auxiliary seat emergency sealing system, as shown in the figure. Once the soft seal is damaged or cannot be sealed in emergency situations, emergency sealing can be achieved by injecting the corresponding sealing agent into the auxiliary sealing system. The emergency sealing device can also be used to flush and lubricate the valve seat area when necessary to maintain its cleanliness. The valve stem is also designed with an auxiliary emergency sealing system.

Locking device

Design a lockable structure at the fully open and fully closed positions of the manual ball valve, which can prevent accidental operation and unpredictable line vibration that may cause unexpected switching phenomena, especially in the production line of flammable media such as petroleum and chemical drugs, as well as in outdoor piping of the valve. This design demonstrates excellent advantages and practical effects.

Fireproof structure

According to the working conditions and user needs, ball valves can be designed as fire-resistant structures. The fire resistance design of ball valves follows the provisions of standards such as API607 and JB/T6899. In the event of a fire causing damage to the soft sealing ring, the fire resistant structure of the ball valve can prevent a large amount of medium leakage and prevent further expansion of the fire.

Anti static structure

When operating the valve, due to the friction between the ball and the valve seat, static electric charges will be generated and accumulate on the ball. To prevent the generation of static sparks, anti-static devices are installed on the valve to export the accumulated charges on the sphere (as shown in the figure).
