Product features

1. The product design is in accordance with NBT 47044 and ASME B16.34 standards;

2. The valve stem has undergone tempering and ammonification treatment, and has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and good corrosion resistance.

3. The inner chamber of the valve body adopts a pressure self tightening sealing structure (Wood seal), and the higher the pressure inside the valve body, the better the sealing performance.

4. There are two types of plate structures: elastic mode gate and double mode gate. The elastic mode single gate relies on the force of the medium to forcefully press against the valve seat to ensure the sealing surface is sealed. And the intermediate plate has elasticity, which can compensate for deformation caused by processing or high temperature difference, meeting the sealing requirements. The wedge-shaped double gate adopts a gate frame structure, which has the functions of easy maintenance, automatic adjustment of sealing angle according to the valve body, and good sealing effect.

5. The sealing surface of the valve seat and gate plate is made of drill based hard alloy overlay welding or plasma spray welding, which has good high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and scratch resistance.
