Uses

PNF type sludge discharge valve, also known as cover valve, is commonly used for discharging sludge from the bottom of sedimentation tanks in urban water plants and sewage treatment plants. The suitable medium for PNF type sludge discharge valve is sewage, and the temperature of the medium should generally be less than 50 ℃, with a working water depth of less than 10 meters.

Structural characteristics

The valve cover comes with a screw, which can be operated directly with the handle when the water depth is shallow; The valve plate is conical and arched, with built-in guidance and low opening force; The screw and sealing surface are made of tin bronze, which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. It can be used in conjunction with a dual-purpose flashlight for micro control of the machine.
