Fluorine lined plug valves use a plug body with a through hole as the opening and closing element. The plug body rotates with the valve stem and is not in contact with the flowing medium. Therefore, it can also be used for media with suspended particles. In recent years, as one of the earliest valves adopted by people in history, it has not been replaced by valves such as lined ball valves, but has instead shown an increasingly popular trend in the market. Plug valves are often used to cut off medium flow and can also be used for medium distribution (three-way plug valves). This product is widely applicable to any corrosive medium except for molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine, and is widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, medicine, food, steel refining, papermaking, hydropower, environmental protection, etc.
A fluorine lined three-way plug valve is a rotary valve with a plunger shaped closure, which is closed by rotating it 90 degrees. Suitable for cutting off, connecting, and diverting media, suitable for multi-channel structures, so that a valve can obtain two, three, or even four different gate quantities. Three way and four way plug valves are mainly suitable for fluid reversing.

Product features
The plug and lined valve body have an ideal taper design. When it cannot be sealed due to wear during use, the adjusting screw on the valve cover can be adjusted to move the plug downwards to compensate for the sealing force applied to the sealing surface.
The top sealing component forms the second external seal, which prevents the medium from leaking outward from the valve stem in the event of sealing surface failure.
After opening the four bolts on the upper valve cover, all components inside the valve can be removed and replaced directly without the need to remove the valve from the pipeline.
It has the advantage of sealing both the inlet and outlet ends simultaneously, with a low friction coefficient on the sealing surface during the entire working process, flexible operation of the plug body, and no need for lubrication.
