Characteristic Description

Fluorine lined butterfly valves use butterfly plates that rotate together with the valve stem as opening and closing components to achieve valve opening, closing, and adjustment. The lined butterfly valve body adopts a split type combination. Easy to assemble and seal for adjustment, the valve only comes into contact with the medium between the perfluorinated plastic valve seat and the fluorine lined plastic butterfly plate during operation. The inner surface of the valve body channel is smooth, with low fluid resistance, high CV value, strong flow capacity, moderate torque, and fully achieving zero leakage of the medium. This valve has a small volume, light weight, compact structure, fast switching, beautiful appearance, reasonable process, reliable performance, easy operation, and long service life.

This valve can withstand any corrosive medium other than molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine. It is an ideal product for quick cutting and regulating equipment on gas, liquid, semi fluid pipelines and containers in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, steel refining, papermaking, hydropower, environmental protection and other systems.
